Pricing & Policies
Each project is unique, and every client has different needs and expectations. Unfortunately we cannot give estimates on how much a project will cost because there are too many variables. One big variable is how quickly you are able to make decisions about what to keep and what to let go of. Our goal is to work at a pace that is comfortable for you.
(All rates are subject to 5% GST)
* One free assessment per household inside local service area. A $45 fee will be charged for assessments done outside the local service area but will be credited back to you on your first session.

Policies
- Minimum call out is three hours.
- Billing is done in 15 minute increments if work is not completed within the allotted time frame.
- Payment is due at the end of each session by cash, cheque or e-transfer.
- Please allow at least 48 hours when re-scheduling an appointment.
- Same day cancellations will be subject to a 3 hours minimum cancellation fee or prepayment of the rescheduled session may be required.
- Cost of purchased items or third party services are not included.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
Service Agreement
A signed Service Agreement is required prior to the start of any service.
Service Area
Our hourly rates and consultation fee all include a maximum mileage allowance of 60 km round trip.
(as far north as Saratoga Beach and as far south as the Buckley Bay ferry terminal)
An extra fee of $.50/km may be charged if maximum mileage allowance is exceeded.

Supplies
Clients are responsible for paying for all agreed-upon supplies (file folders, labels, labeling tape, storage containers, shelving, etc.) necessary for the completion of the project.
Confidentiality
All client information, both business and personal, will be kept confidential.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% Client satisfaction. It is our goal to help you implement new organizational systems and introduce new skills in order to help you maintain your newly transformed space. If we fail to meet any realistic expectations, we will schedule a complimentary one hour session to make any necessary adjustments.
